We like winter as much as the next guy, but really… there comes a point when the weatherman says that there’s no end of the cold weather in sight, you look out of the window and see the thermometer is down at-30 again and you crack.
Plain and simple.

Finland. And we’ve been in the midst of a Cold Weather Phenomenon.
He was also last year in Germany a bit to long and returned to early, so no pity for him, (and I lost the exhaust pipe of my car in a big snow hill). Do what you have to do, but hit the right one.
Germany is still south from here.

We aren’t having temperatures nearly that cold, but we did have some nice 50s days recently that are quickly becoming a memory. Last night we had freezing rain, sleet, and then snow. It’s only been a few weeks since we had our “Iceageddon” – 2 inches of solid ice on everything.
Winter/Spring in Indiana is always annoying. Cold > Warm (tease) > Cold > f’ing Cold > Hot > Cool >Cold >Warm. It should finally settle down around mid-March/early-April.

We had that “iceageddonn” here too. So now it’s layer of snow> 2inches of ice > about a meter of snow.

You’re still way south of where i am, but bit more snow your end perhaps. On the bright side, the thermometer is dangerously close to zero today so i suspect the baseball club might have nailed the right head!

I’m starting to appreciate the weather here in Dallas, TX far more than I used to. Guess it’s all dependent on a person’s frame of reference. I won’t mention what our weather has been like lately, you just might want to kill me. BTW Loving the comic, have already bookmarked for further perusal.
I’m sure that if we lived in a place like Texas long enough, we’d miss the snow eventually.
I feel your pain, though we’ve had a nice warm snap here in interior Alaska the last week or so. It got up to -15C for a few days!
If I remember correctly Alaska has similar weather as Finland: Sunny summers (for the most part) and cold winters.
It doesnt reach the same extremes on the southern coast, but yeah, here in the interior we get real cold winters, and relatively warm, dry summers, with near constant sunlight.
