It’s a well known fact that things are built to break. That’s the way the money keeps rolling. And it really isn’t even a concspiracy theory anymore, it’s just the way things are.
Yeah, so I can’t even remember how many lawnmowers we’ve gone through in recent years. And it’s not much consolation if the guarantee is still valid or not, if you have to wait 2 months as they fix it. And the whole while your lawn is turning into a jungle. When you get it back, what happens?
You don’t even get through mowing the whole yard before it breaks again!

Here’s a consolation: read Albert Camus’ “The Myth of Sisyphus”.
I’d like to claim it does wonders to your stress endurance level, really.
It doesn’t make stuff breaking just after you bought it any less worse, though.
Also, with a voice capable of doing that, your wife would be a major addition to the Scandinavia metal scene. Just saying of course, hee hee.
