i dont know if you can get them, or how legal it is to use one where you are, but if you live outside of a high populated area in finland, then may i suggest investing in a generator panel? i have one, and i have installed many of them elsewhere, they are great! while everyone is in the dark, you can still keep the fridge cool, the house warm, and water running, im currently re modeling my house and it is definitely worth the investment the first time your power is out for more than 3 days, my power is the first to go out ,and the last to come back on, last year is was out for almost 2 weeks and i still had an alrm clock and could still get to work…as an electrician, lol!

Don’t you have an uninteruptable power supply? I have an old one I bought surplus a decade ago (still running, but on its 3rd battery).
Never got around to investing in one.
I would have to count a UPS as the single best investment you could make for your computer.
