Yeah, that candy scene was…interesting. The teeth brushing scene had to do with the candy giving (which can be made into any metaphor you like) and it was meant to show how they had changed from the greedy “candy kids” to happy, healthy etc. etc. people.

But as I said before (I think), the whole greed thing can be seen as a metaphor for us adults.
